India, Russian Accounting Institutes sign accord

Moscow / New Delhi: The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) and the Institute of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Russia (IPAR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the presence of Mr. R.
